BVT at the Russian-Chinese Symposium 2023

BVT specialists took an active part in the XII Russian-Chinese Symposium “New GIS Equipment and Technologies for Oil and Gas Industry” held from September 25 to 29, 2023 with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).

The Symposium was attended by more than 100 specialists from leading oil and gas, service, and instrumentation companies of Russia, Kazakhstan, and China, as well as representatives of universities and scientific communities.

The Symposium participants focused on the most relevant technologies for the development of horizontal wells with hard-to-recover reserves, the methods of increasing oil recovery factor, Hi-Tech equipment and technologies for the support of directional drilling and many other issues.

BVT Director for Project Management presented BVT solutions in the segment of horizontal well completion by the multi-stage hydraulic fracturing method, namely the latest technologies and completely import-independent equipment for the efficient selective perforation during multi-stage hydraulic fracturing.

Strengthening international scientific and technical ties in the area of creation and development of modern equipment and technologies, raising awareness of the possibilities of using this equipment, sharing successful production experience – all this is the key to a comprehensive increase in the efficiency of the industry, integration into the knowledge-intensive field of advanced solutions, and mutually beneficial cooperation at the global level.
