Detonation transmission device (DTD, Booster)
Download
Detonation transmission devices (DTD) are designed to transfer a detonating impulse between sections in multi-section hollow-carrier single action jet perforation systems during BPO in oil and gas wells. DTD are used in combination with a detonating cord.

DTD are the devices that transmit a detonating impulse in multi-section jet perforation systems. The devices are used complete with a detonating cord.
Advantages and technical characteristics of DTD:
- high heat resistance (withstand +195°C for 2 hours);
- compact size and easy-to-handle shape of the body;
- compatibility with all models of BVT perforation systems;
- resistance to mechanical damage and other external impacts
