PKO178-AT
BVT was the first company in Russia to develop and test a 178 mm diameter perforation system using the API RP 19B method. The system was fired with charges of ZPK 114-AT-M-04 T in e/k 245 mm and with a perforation density of 39 rel./ m. The results obtained (1736 mm. – penetration depth and 12.33 mm. – diameter of the entrance hole) are unique for Russia and exceed the technical characteristics of world analogues of similar punch systems.
This equipment is unique not only in terms of the achieved tactical and technical characteristics, but, most importantly, performs an import-substituting function, outstrips foreign analogues and allows domestic and foreign mining companies to move towards the development of one of the most promising and complex areas of the oil and gas industry today – the development of high-yield offshore wells.

Absolute Pressure Initiating Head (GIAD)
*An explosive substance in the composition of the UD BVT shock detonator. The BVT UD is not included in the delivery package and must be ordered separately. **The minimum number of pins to be installed at the minimum hydrostatic application pressure (5 MPa) is 5 pcs. ***In the case of work in a well with aggressive media, the life of the head can be reduced down to one salvo. After each shooting, the sealing ring surfaces should be monitored to determine further use.
