The Bashvzryvtechnologii company sells PKO 89-AT punchers of its own production. The original engineering developments of our company ensure maximum safety and ease of use for perforation systems. The main area of use of PKO 89 perforators is drilling and blasting operations in wells in oil fields. Cumulative hull punch systems are used for the secondary opening of rock layers in cavities filled with liquid contents. Suitable for work in 140 and 146 mm casings.

The outer diameter of the products is 89 mm, phasing from 0 to 180o (this parameter, as well as the length of the cases, varies at the request of the customer). If necessary, the drills can be equipped with roller adapters for convenient descent into wells. It is allowed to assemble individual sections of the hammer drill in the workshop.

The PKO 73-AT perforators are one of the modifications of perforating systems for drilling and blasting operations in wells. The devices are used in combination with shaped charges and are mainly used for secondary opening of oil-bearing formations in liquid-filled cavities. Suitable for casing columns with a diameter of 114 mm.

The parameters, characteristics and dimensions of the PKO 73 are specified in detail in the accompanying technical documentation attached to the modification of the perforation systems.

BVT JSC implements PKO 63-AT perforation systems for PVR (drilling and blasting operations) in oil and gas fields. The device is designed for a single use – it is lowered into wells (including those filled with water) on a cable or tubing (tubing) for secondary opening of productive formations.

It can be used as a cumulative hole punch to create a special hole for tubing.

BVT JSC implements PKO 50-AT punch systems for carrying out PVR (blasting operations) in the wells of oil and gas fields. The products are designed for single use and are supplied complete with shaped charges, which are also manufactured by our company.

The PKO 50-AT punch systems have a diameter of 53 mm and are designed for a maximum temperature of 150/200 degrees. It is allowed to lower the devices to the place of work on the cable.

The scope of application of the product is the secondary opening of productive formations in wells with liquid or gaseous filling. It is recommended for use in pipes with a diameter of 89 mm.
