Production Facilities
The success and dynamic growth of JSC “BVT” are built on a robust, high-tech material and technical base. Thanks to the clear division of processes between specialized sites, we ensure a full production cycle for perforating equipment (PE).
- Mid-Volga Mechanical Plant, Samara: manufacturing of perforating systems and components.
The site in Samara concentrates the production of:
- the full model range of perforating systems (cased perforating systems (Ø38-178 mm) and cageless solutions);
- casings for shaped charges;
- tooling, fixtures, and fishing tools for geophysical companies;
- well completion equipment.
Capabilities and Equipment:
- area: approximately 6,000 m² of modern production facilities;
- machine park: the enterprise is equipped with advanced, high-tech equipment from global industry leaders:
– advanced CNC turning centers (HAAS, DOOSAN);
– 4-axis CNC milling machines (DOOSAN);
– 5-axis machining centers (HERMLE, Germany);
– high-performance painting equipment.
- Special Production Division, Chapayevsk: manufacturing of shaped charges.
Our competence center for working with explosives is located at the Chapayevsk site, where shaped charges are manufactured.

Production Capacity:
