Sludge trap (SHU)

Purpose
The safety device prevents clogging of the initiating heads during blasting operations and ensures their operation. The product is a specialized filter and has circulation openings through which communication is carried out between the tubing and the annular space.

SHU is compatible with all models of initiating heads manufactured by BVT.
Advantages and opportunities:
The glass disk of the SHU serves as a barrier to the sludge, but it does not create a difference in pressure inside and outside the pipes.
The total area of the circulation holes exceeds the transverse area of the central duct and the tubing duct, the sludge trap does not interfere with the passage of liquid.
The product is durable and easy to assemble.
