Bvt-s / Coiled tubing perforation systems / Initiating head with automatic release (GIS)
Initiating head with automatic release (GIS)
Назначение:
Purpose
GIS activates cumulative perforators in vertical and inclined wells filled with water, oil or other flushing liquid and ensures their disconnection after initiation for work on tubing with an internal diameter of at least 62 mm (ball initiation) and not less than 55 mm (initiation by impact rod or pressure). The head works with perforators PKO63-AT, PKO73-AT, PKO89-AT, PKO102-AT, PKO114-AT, the explosive chain of which begins with a shock detonator UD BVT or a device similar in susceptibility to detonation. The head is operated mechanically or hydraulically.

*When using the BVT 132.300.005–07 pipe
Advantages and opportunities:
increased safety in handling, provided by the design of the head itself
reliability of operation provided by the design of the head and impact detonator of the UD BVT
the possibility of application after prolonged exposure to high pressure and temperature conditions
It can be used in vertical and directional wells with a zenith angle of inclination up to 45°.
the possibility of flushing the borehole, the flow of reservoir fluid into the tubing after perforation
the possibility of the device exiting the tubing cavity for GIS and (or) Hydraulic fracturing after initiation of the hammer drill and its automatic release
