We perceive the responsibility of our company in various aspects:
- Responsibility to Employees
We care about the welfare and social protection of the BVT team. We provide our employees with all the employment benefits and guarantees, financial and moral encouragement, we fulfill all the requirements of industrial and fire safety.
BVT performs the Special Assessment of Working Conditions in accordance with the requirements of Art. 212 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law of the Russian Federation N 426-FZ of December 28, 2013 “On Special Assessment of Working Conditions”

BVT always acts in accordance with the legislation, the company is a reliable partner of the state and an honest taxpayer. We create new jobs and contribute to the development of the regional economy due to the launch and expansion of our own production. In addition, the social responsibility of BVT involves charity and sponsorship activities.

- Environmental Responsibility
JSC “BVT” is an ecologically responsible company. We aim at:
- complete ecological safety of our production facilities that meet all the environment protection requirements due to the use of the advanced filtration elements (high-tech industrial vacuum-cleaners, dust collectors and sludge traps, airlift machines);
explosive safety while transporting equipment with the explosive materials achieved by following all the shipping instructions, using special vehicles for shipping the explosive materials and monitoring the delivery to the customer;
- environmental safety during PEO achieved by unswerving compliance with the instructions when performing hazardous waste operations; transporting, disposal and deactivation of wastes by our partners.
