BVT Technical Support Service (TSS) provides comprehensive training and certification services for Customers’ personnel.

  • Training in new technologies and equipment

BVT service engineers conduct specialized training as part of the support of supplied products, provide in-depth technical briefings on commissioned equipment and new technological solutions. The training includes the analysis of design features and detailed review of the operating, assembly, and safety manuals for new products. This ensures that the Customers achieve the most efficient and safe implementation of new products and technologies.

  • Proficiency testing

BVT TSS provides services for verifying and confirming the professional competencies of Customer field personnel working with serial BPO equipment. The purpose of this periodic knowledge assessment is to ensure a high level of skills of the field crews, which guarantees impeccable  personnel competency for the Customer and minimizes the risk of emergency situations during blasting and perforating operations.

  • Methodological and technical support

Training programs and periodic knowledge assessments are developed by the Technical Support Service in close collaboration with the specialists of BVT Chief Designer Department. This cooperation ensures full relevance of the methodological materials and their strict compliance with current design and operational documentation for blasting and perforating equipment. Visual graphic materials and specialized video resources are used to enhance comprehension.
