Components of the assembly for plug&perf technology operations during hydraulic fracturing (HFR):

1. Plug Packer with Soluble Ball

  • large flow area provides reliable hydraulic connection after dissolution of the ball;
  • the soluble ball is installed in the packer plug in order to hydraulically isolate the hydraulic fracturing stages;
  • the ball material provides predictable dissolution dynamics under downhole fluid and pressure conditions.

2. Composite Packer Plug

  • provides hydraulic isolation of fracturing stages;
  • the composite material is easily drillable providing an equal bore diameter in the horizontal section of the string.

3. Soluble Packer Plug

  • provides hydraulic isolation of fracturing stages;
  • the packer plug completely dissolves in the well fluid, ensuring an equal diameter in the entire horizontal section of the string.

Running tool for the PK 3‑1/2″ and 3‑5/8″ bridge plug packer

It ensures the setting (installation) of the bridge plug packer in the casing upon targeted initiation of the propellant charge igniter.

Disposable Running Tool

It ensures the setting (installation) of the bridge plug packer in the casing string upon targeted initiation of the propellant charge igniter.
