Amirig is an integrated software solution for predictive modeling and optimization of well construction that transforms drilling from an experience-based process into an area of controlled, high-precision engineering.

The Amirig software suite uses machine learning methods, including recurrent neural networks, which enables it to solve the following tasks:

Risk forecasting and mitigation:

Development of a predictive model: The system analyzes large volumes of historical data (mud logging, gas logging, inclinometry, lithology) from dozens of reference wells. Based on this analysis, Amirig generates a probabilistic forecast of complications along the entire wellbore, achieving the accuracy of up to 85–90%.

Optimization of operating parameters:

Based on the analysis of Mechanical Specific Energy (MSE) and other operational parameters, the system determines the optimal drilling settings. It generates a map of efficient operating modes and allows to minimize well construction time.

Identification of critical influencing factors:

AI algorithms identify direct correlations between the occurrence of complications and key operational parameters such as mud density and temperature, as well as surface pressure.
