BVT JSC specialists took an active part in the XII Russian-Chinese Symposium “New GIS Equipment and Technologies for the Oil and Gas Industry”, held from September 25 to 29, 2023 with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Chinese National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC).
The conference was attended by more than 100 specialists from leading oil and gas, service, and instrument engineering companies in Russia, Kazakhstan, and China, as well as representatives of universities and scientific communities.
The Symposium participants focused on the most relevant technologies for the development of horizontal wells with hard-to-recover reserves, methods for increasing the oil recovery coefficient, Hi-Tech equipment and technologies for supporting directional drilling, and many others.
BVT’s Director of Project Management presented BVT’s developments in the segment of horizontal well completion using the MGRP method, namely the latest technologies and fully import-independent equipment for effective selective perforation during MGRP.
Strengthening international scientific and technical ties in the field of creation and development of modern equipment and technologies, raising awareness of the possibilities of using this equipment, sharing successful production experience – all this is the key to a comprehensive increase in the efficiency of the industry, integration into the general knowledge-intensive field of advanced solutions, mutually beneficial cooperation at the global level.
